Customer Support Coordinator Telford
What you’ll be doing Customer support & service: Act as the first point of contact for customer support queries Handle billing queries, service changes, faults and complaints Deliver professional, responsive B2B customer service Problem-solving & coordination: Provide first-line technical support and resolve common issues Liaise with internal teams and third-party suppliers Take ownership of issues through to resolution Customer experience & growth: Maintain accurate customer records and account information Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and services You’ll ideally have: Previous B2B customer service or customer support experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confidence handling multiple customer queries across channels A proactive, positive and customer-first mindset Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Benefits & working environment You’ll receive a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your wellbeing and career development. 23 days holiday plus your birthday off (with additional leave for long service) Option to buy extra annual leave Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption pay Salary sacrifice pension, healthcare and life cover Access to Perkbox employee discounts Monday to Friday working hours
