Role Overview

Hexagon is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage and nurture existing accounts in the Utilities & Communications (U&C) sector, identifying cross‑sell and upsell opportunities within a designated territory. The role requires onsite presence as agreed and focuses on maximizing customer satisfaction and revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture existing accounts in the assigned territory to identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Represent Hexagon with integrity and professionalism.
  • Understand customer business outcomes, objectives, buying criteria and decision‑making processes to offer effective solution packages.
  • Prospect and identify opportunities based on challenges and solution value.
  • Articulate Hexagon ALI solution value proposition and communicate competitive advantages.
  • Coordinate closely with consulting, inside sales, pre‑sales and supporting teams to maximize revenue capture.
  • Maintain a high level of customer engagement (calls, visits, email) and act as main interface to ensure optimal service.
  • Deploy creative strategies: quantify outcomes, interface with product/technical sales teams, assess partners, perform competitive research and develop business cases.
  • Manage solution demonstrations and coordinate preparation of sales proposals, tenders, contracts and account plans.
  • Support pre‑sales activities and coordinate marketing campaigns, events and displays.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the Utilities & Telecoms market.
  • Familiar with GIS and NIS concepts.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience monitoring execution of maintenance contracts, service orders and software orders.
  • Ability to discuss product capabilities and explain business value.
  • Track record of meeting assigned quotas.
  • Strong interpersonal and external communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a technical or business field.
  • Solid, long‑term software sales experience, preferably in CAD/GIS/NIS or Information Management for Utilities & Telecoms markets.
  • Excellent English proficiency.
