Responsibilities
  • Establish clear client retention goals
  • Process milestones for the clients and EXL to work toward
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly materials using data and analytics that promote the value of the product EXL PayMentor
  • Setup monthly and quarterly meetings with key stakeholders and work towards delivering key message for the product
  • Upsell services and products with the brand image
  • Assist in creating training courses and educational materials for internal resources
  • Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
Qualifications
  • Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or Project Manager role
  • 10 plus years' experience working in capital markets and banking domain
  • Experience working with brand image and promoting value using data and analytics
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
  • Ability to understand the technical aspects of the product
  • Accountability and personal organization are essential
  • Experience in managing stakeholders located in multiple geos
