Customer Success Account Manager | Hemel Hempstead | Up to £30k

A leading consultancy-based business on the outskirts of Hemel Hempstead is looking for an enthusiastic and tenacious Customer Success Account Manager to join their team.

Our client is an ethical, tech company providing an online guidance platform for customers around the world. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in technology, will be able to learn and teach others about their products and will be able to engage with customers at all levels.

Due to the location, you must be a driver.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Chief Customer Officer to develop proactive sales strategies and customer engagement campaigns
  • Prospect for new business opportunities and convert sales leads for products and services, working to a given revenue target
  • Provide a sales demonstration of products and services when relevant
  • Onboard new customers onto Morrisby products, and provide ongoing support to ensure that our products are fully embedded
  • Manage an allocated base of customers and work to a given revenue target to ensure renewals of contracts
  • Use contact tools and systems to manage the day-to-day running of the business. These include, but are not limited to, the CRM Pipedrive, TMO software, Xero, Freshdesk and ClickUp
  • Answer inbound communication from current and prospective clients
  • Assist new and existing customers to embed the products through a combination of consultancy, training, and technical support
  • Respond to customer queries regarding product functionality
  • Process orders in preparation for monthly invoicing using Xero
  • Support the preparation of training materials for publication on the support site and for general circulation
  • Assist with the overall company success and sales strategy as well as marketing messages
  • Attend training to develop knowledge, techniques, and skills.
  • Provide feedback and input into ongoing product development and improvement
