Overview

Customer Services Assistant - NRC Loughborough

As a Customer Services Assistant, you'll be part of a dynamic, fast-paced team, contributing to a positive and friendly work environment.   • 37.5 hours per week
  • £12.55 per hour
  • Working 7 on 3 off, 7 on 4 off, 7 on 3 off - 3 week rota
  • Early shift - 6am to 2.30pm
  • Late shift - 11.30am to 8pm
Responsibilities
  • To prepare, produce and serve food to the brand standard.
  • Delivery of refreshments & meals to ward based patients.
  • Replenish the retail outlet & respond to the assistance call.
  • To ensure all displays, counters and seating areas comply with company and statutory health and hygiene requirements, including but not limited to Food Information Regulations and Reference Intake labelling
  • To ensure you are aware of and always comply with all client & company health & safety procedures and food handling standards e.g. COSHH, uniforms & PPE, Manual handling, Fire procedures and Quality Control
  • To ensure that any health & safety hazards, issues, near misses & accidents are reported to your supervisor/manager at the earliest opportunity
  • To maintain a clean, safe & hygienic working environment at all times.
  • Handling transactions with ease and operating the cash register efficiently
  • Follow all reasonable requests from supervisors, including working in different areas as needed
  • To work official and unofficial functions as detailed by your supervisor/manager
