Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hour per week, between 8am - 6pm on a rota basis (Monday-Friday)
Workstyle: Roaming involving a mix of home working and office

About the Role

We're recruiting Customer Services Advisors to join our contact centre team. You'll manage a high volume of inbound calls and digital contacts, ranging from emergency repairs to rent and benefits queries. You'll need to handle some challenging conversations, but ultimately, the job is about working with people to resolve issues together or signposting them to those who can help.

  • A confident communicator who can handle a busy call queue with professionalism
  • Friendly and approachable, yet decisive and action-oriented

  • Deliver clear, accurate information and solutions in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer issues
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.

  • Previous experience in a contact centre or similar high-volume customer service role is beneficial
