Customer Service Advisor

Temporary Contract - Start w/c Jan 5th, 2026!

£13.44 per hour

Andover | Full Time | Monday to Friday | 9am - 5pm

Do you enjoy helping customers and have good communication skills?

Attega Groupis currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join the team.

The main purpose of this role is to deal with customer requests via different channels such as emails and calls.

In return, our client is offering an hourly rate of £13.44 per hour plus benefits, including 25 days holiday, employee discounts, on-site events and onsite parking.

This is a full-time, temporary to permanent role. The hours of work will be 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the Line Manager your responsibilities will include:
  • Being the first point of contact for customers via calls, email, and website enquiries.
  • Responding to all customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Liaising with external departments on delivery SLA's.
  • Ensuring all customers are receiving the highest level of customer service.
The ideal candidate:
  • Be immediately available or have little notice.
  • Have strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills written, oral and listening.
  • Be available to work in the office Monday to Friday.
