The Role

As a key member of our Customer Services Team, you ll work closely with all internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role will provide world-class service and support to our valued clients

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Handle customer orders and enquiries via phone and email.
  • Keep customers informed of any changes to their orders, including change to delivery schedule.
  • Processing, monitoring and follow up of customer quality complaints.
  • Accurately raise orders in our system.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries.
  • Administrative tasks as the role requires.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams.
  • Any other reasonable request that supports the business.
  • Your job title does not limit your duties, and the Company may require you from time to time to undertake any other duties within your capability.
