Customer Service Specialist (Permanent)

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and looking for an opportunity to grow your career in a supportive, team‑oriented environment? We're seeking two Customer Service Specialists to join our dynamic and friendly Customer Service Team!

As a key part of our team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You'll have a variety of tasks, from managing orders to maintaining accurate system data, all while helping uphold our high service standards.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Managing and processing customer orders with precision.
  • Preparing and issuing monthly invoices.
  • Tracking and monitoring Service Level Agreement (SLA) data.
  • Creating and distributing weekly feedback reports.
  • Maintaining systems and master data, including customer records.
  • Supporting the wider team with additional tasks as needed.
What we are looking for:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant systems.
Additional Information:
  • Salary: £24,150 per year
  • Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (8:30-17:00 / 9:00-17:30)
