Monday - Thursday 9am-5:30pm / Friday 9am-5pm (39 hours per week)

Annual Salary

£26,000 - £28,000 - dependant on experience

The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the heartbeat of our customer interactions, ensuring every experience is positive and rewarding. Your main responsibility will be to support customers throughout their journey, from their initial inquiry to post-delivery follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and telephone.
