This role is pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring smooth operations, and driving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Manage day-to-day customer service queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • To accurately input and update collections/delivery information onto our TMS.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in a busy transport office or logistics background required.
  • Must have 1 years previous customer service experience in a fast paced office environment.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills across various media platforms.
  • Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
  • Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail levels.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt within a dynamic environment.
  • Strong IT knowledge is essential.
  • Full training will be provided.
