Job description

Our client is a trend‑led high street womenswear fashion supplier, established in 2005. As the business continues to grow, they are expanding their administrative team and are looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service & Operations Representative with a strong interest in fashion to support our retail and operational functions.

This is a varied, hands‑on role combining customer service, operations, and administrative support. You will work closely with the Head of Retail and wider team to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, accurate stock management, and excellent customer service.

This role is 5 days a week in the office with flexi hours and early close Fridays.

Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Deliver a high standard of customer service across all channels
  • Process stock orders using the in‑house system
  • Replenish stock weekly using Excel‑based stock intake sheets
  • Import weekly sales data into internal systems
  • Manage stock transfers between locations
  • Upload and manage new-in styles on the website
  • Process customer returns accurately and efficiently
  • Provide general administrative support to the Head of Retail

Person Specifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised, proactive, and numerate
  • Confident IT user with strong Excel skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
