A women's fashion supplier based in Greater London is seeking a Customer Service & Operations Representative to support retail and operational functions. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, managing stock orders, and providing administrative support. Our client is a trend‑led high street womenswear fashion supplier, established in 2005. As the business continues to grow, they are expanding their administrative team and are looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service & Operations Representative with a strong interest in fashion to support our retail and operational functions.
This is a varied, hands‑on role combining customer service, operations, and administrative support. You will work closely with the Head of Retail and wider team to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, accurate stock management, and excellent customer service.
This role is 5 days a week in the office with flexi hours and early close Fridays.
