Overview

Based at our Pub Support Centre in Solihull, our Customer Contact Centre speaks with Managers, Tenants and Publicans to assist with placing orders and support them with queries, enabling them to run fantastic pubs. We are looking for someone who is a great communicator and has experience working within a customer service environment.

Role Details

Stonegate Group is the UK's largest operator of pubs, bars, and late-night venues, with brands including Slug & Lettuce, Be At One and Popworld. We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join the team on a contract basis until May 2026. This role offers an opportunity to start your journey within the office environment of the world’s biggest pub company and develop service and sales skills for future roles within the business.
