Based at our Pub Support Centre in Solihull, our Customer Contact Centre speaks with Managers, Tenants and Publicans to assist with placing orders and support them with queries, enabling them to run fantastic pubs. We are looking for someone who is a great communicator and has experience working within a customer service environment.
