Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Pay rate: £12.47ph

Duration: Temporary ongoing (could become permanent for the right candidate)

Company: Warwickshire County Council

Hours: Monday to Friday-37 hours

Location: Nuneaton based.

Start Date: ASAP

What does the job entail?

On behalf of Warwickshire County Council, Pertemps Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Business Centre Support Officer to join their Nuneaton based team. This is a high-profile post and would be an ideal opportunity for someone who has worked within a customer facing role, that is looking to gain experience of working for the Council.

You will achieve this by :
  • Supporting two sites in Nuneaton and one in Rugby (mileage paid when required to go to Rugby)
  • Answering the phones and greeting visitors to their centres
  • Assisting with organising meetings and diary management
  • Distributing post and updating their databases
  • Any ad-hoc duties (this is a very varied role)
