We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join the team on a contract basis until June 2026. We value development and this role will allow you to grow service and sales skills that prepare you for future roles within the greater business.

Based at our Pub Support Centre in Solihull, is our Customer Contact Centre, where we speak to our Managers, Tenants and Publicans assisting them with placing orders and supporting them with all sorts of queries, allowing them to do what they do best – run fantastic pubs! We are looking for somebody who is a great communicator and has experience working within a customer service environment.
