A healthcare service provider in Northampton is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to manage customer orders and inquiries. The role requires a proactive and organized individual with strong decision-making and customer service skills. The position operates full-time with a rotating shift schedule and offers an opportunity to enhance service excellence while working in a supportive team environment.
We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our high performing team in Northampton on a full-time, permanent basis. As a member of the Customer Services team, you will be operating as the first point of contact with our home patients.
The role will be working from Monday to Friday between 08:00-16:00 & Monday to Thursday between 10:00-18:00 & Friday 09:00-17:00 (on Rotating shifts).
