Monday - Friday

Our major Telford based manufacturing client are expanding their Customer Service team this month, following impressive YTD growth and major acquisitions.

Duties
  • Receive and process customer orders ready to dispatch to the warehouse for picking
  • Ensure customer documentation is up to date on the CRM
  • Keep customers up to date with order progress
  • Arrange, sort and archive shipping documents and ensure any amendments are processed on time
  • Process any returns, defective goods, re-sorting, incorrect price problems
  • Issue invoices promptly to ensure customer payments are made on time
  • Attend customer sites when required in order to ensure supply chain communication lines are clear
  • Produce reports for SMT and where needed for customers
Essential criteria
  • Highly competent with MS Office
  • Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills
  • Proven ability in a Customer Service role within manufacturing or FMCG
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Knowledge of general & warehouse accounting
