Overview

Customer Service Coordinator. Telford office based Monday–Thursday 08:30–16:30. Hourly pay rate £13–£14 depending on experience. Initially 1 year contract.

Responsibilities
  • Provide sub-contract quotes to customers
  • Manage and prioritise customer orders and communicate status
  • Answer customer queries and relay information
  • Release Service Orders to suppliers for outsource work
  • Liaise with logistics to verify order progress
  • Monitor job turnaround time to ensure customer SLA is met
  • Update internal system notes for individual jobs
  • Generate requisitions, purchase orders and overall scheduling
  • Review supplier quotes and order confirmation status to ensure orders meet customer time-scale
  • Ensure all daily administration is completed accurately and in the time required
Qualifications
  • Have a previous work experience in a fast moving office environment
  • Exceptionally focused and detail-oriented
  • Understand purchasing and customer service process
  • Have advanced IT skills
  • Be an excellent verbal & written communicator
  • Have strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
  • Be able to learn quickly
