Our client is looking to recruit for a Customer Service Centre Advisor on a full-time perm basis. This is a customer-focused position where you will play a key role in delivering a smooth, professional and positive experience for customers over the telephone.
This is a telephony-based position responsible for handling incoming customer claims. You will contact customers to discuss their claims and guide them through the repair process.
