Job description

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, addressing enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, maintaining cleanliness, and preparing food and drinks. You'll work across various departments, from running the Laser Arena and hosting Escape Room experiences to managing karaoke rooms and serving drinks at the bar. Every day will bring something new, keeping the fun flowing!

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage reception bookings and respond to customer enquiries.
  • Identify sales opportunities and upsell services.
  • Host events and facilitate activities across departments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and food & drink preparations.
  • Work across departments such as Laser Arena, Escape Room, karaoke rooms, and bar.
