Position: Customer Service Assistant

Responsibilities
  • Processing customer orders efficiently and accurately
  • Responding to enquiries via email and phone
  • Using Excel for order tracking, reporting, and data entry
  • Maintaining and update customer records in the CRM system
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills (German, French, Spanish, or Portuguese) are a plus
  • Keen to start a career in Customer Service and Administration

Benefits and Hours
  • Salary: £25,000
  • Location: Based near Arundel; must drive with own vehicle due to location
  • Hours: Monday to Thursday (in the office) 8am to 4:30pm; Fridays (from home) 8:30am to 11:30am

  • 31 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)
