Job description

We are looking for Customer Service Agents with previous telephony experience within Financial Services firms to join an exciting project in Edinburgh.

Responsibilities

• Taking inbound calls on general service-related enquiries.
• Supporting Vulnerable Customers.
• Logging and updating systems relating to customer issues.

Requirements

• Financial services industry experience, including previous telephony roles.
• Experience in resolving customer queries and updating client systems.
• Ability to commute to Edinburgh for onsite working.

This will be an initial 3-month contract, with a start date scheduled for 26th January 2026, but comes with the likely option to extend further for successful candidates.

You will be working Monday-Friday, (37.5 hours per week) full time on client site in Edinburgh.

In return, you will receive a salary of £150 per day, via an umbrella company.
