Overview

Customer Service Advisors – Office based in Milton Keynes. Temporary to Permanent role. Hourly rate: £12.50 per hour. Full time with fixed shifts:

  • 09:00 - 18:00, 5 days per week including every other weekend
  • 10:00 - 19:00, 5 days per week including every other weekend
  • 12:00 - 21:00, 5 days per week including every other weekend

Start Date: Monday 13th October. Training hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 19:00 (first 4 weeks).

Important: You must be available for the full training period and have no holidays booked during this time.

The Role
  • We are looking for experienced and well-spoken individuals who have a passion for delivering great customer service. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • You will be the first point of contact for customers from all over the world in a busy, high volume, supportive customer experience centre. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to all customers first time, every time.
  • Taking inbound calls/emails/Live chat messages from customers who want to place an order or have a query about an "in progress" order
  • Informing customers of deals and discounts available
  • Helping with all ad hoc enquiries, e.g., where's my order, delivery charges, returns policy, cancellations, and complaints
  • During the 3-month probationary period, you will work through Tate Recruitment on a timesheet basis (weekly pay). There will be no further probationary period upon you being made permanent and you will be rewarded with the company benefits from Day 1.
  • This role is office based during the 3-month probationary period but once you go permanent, you can apply for a Hybrid arrangement.
