• Experience of using a CRM system, Click CRM system is desired.
• Strong customer service experience is essential.
• Experience in a helpdesk environment dealing with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the shared inbox ensuring prompt replies to clients.
• Handle all incoming calls and allocate them to correct departments.
• Use Click CRM to update jobs with reports, updates, and bookings.
• Allocate jobs to engineers within their remits monthly.
• Update spreadsheets and input data onto the CRM system.
• Manage small accounts as their go-to contact.
