Overview

We are currently recruiting for a number of customer service advisors to work for one of the UK's largest contact centre companies. This role will be working onsite 1 day per week and from home the other 4 days – All equipment provided. Salary: This role pays a salary of around £26,000. You will be based out of their office in Belfast, representing my client and offering a world class service to their customers who are a leading household name. This is a great opportunity to join the Call Centre world, gain full extensive 4 week training and embed yourself within a marketleading company with opportunities to progress for the right candidates demonstrating the right skills and attitude. Interview will be taking place over the coming weeks, so you must have some flexibility to attend an interview.

The role
  • You will be the direct contact for my client’s customers, dealing with any queries they may have within a timely manner.
  • Taking calls to help customers. Making customers aware of any changes to manage their expectations.
  • Working to targets to ensure all customer calls are answered within SLA target, and ensuring your call quality is at a high standard.
  • Update CRM systems to ensure no repeat calls and to allow customer to speak to anyone regarding their query.
