What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound/outbound calls and emails in a fast‑paced contact centre environment. You’ll provide support, guidance, and solutions, ensuring that every customer receives a positive and efficient experience.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by handling a variety of inbound queries.
  • Listen actively to customers and identify their needs.
  • Provide clear and effective solutions , ensuring first‑time resolution where possible.
  • Work as part of a supportive team , collaborating to achieve success.
  • Use computer systems efficiently to log customer interactions and update information accurately.
  • Manage multiple conversations confidently while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
