A leading recruitment agency is seeking Customer Service Advisors to join the Royal Mail Dearne Valley team in South Yorkshire. In this role, you will provide outstanding support to customers by responding to enquiries via various channels. Candidates should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, even if previous experience is not essential. This is a full-time office-based position with a pay rate of £12.97 per hour, and multiple intake dates are available.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a friendly and professional manner
  • Resolving issues efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Updating customer records accurately using our internal systems
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to solve problems and improve the customer experience
  • Providing product and service information to help customers make informed decisions
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a customer service role (desirable, but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Comfortable using computers and customer management systems
Working Hours, Pay Rate & Other Info
  • 5 hours 6 out of 7 days, with 1 rota'd day off in the week. Must be fully flexible to work ALL days
  • £12.97 per hour
  • The duration of the assignment will be roughly 12 weeks from the intake date
  • You will be based in the office full-time
  • We\'re offering multiple intakes - 6th October, 13th October, 20th October and 3rd November
