Overview

Customer Service Advisor – Bradford – 6 month Contract – £157 per day

Join a specialist Fraud and Scams department within a well-known Financial Services company, supporting vulnerable customers daily. Full training provided to investigate issues and secure positive outcomes while delivering support.

Responsibilities
  • Support our clients’ customers during vulnerable moments, providing empathy and building rapport.
  • Show personal resilience in the face of challenging customer situations to deliver great outcomes.
  • Champion customer experience with a personal touch tailored to customer needs, showing empathy and understanding.
  • Develop knowledge of the latest fraud and scams and share knowledge for continuous development.
Details
  • £157 per day, paid via Umbrella
  • 6 month contract
  • Hybrid working: 3 days in the office
  • Office based in Bradford City Centre
  • Working 9:30am – 6:00pm
  • Working every other Saturday, 9:30am – 18:00pm with a day off in lieu
  • Start date: 17th November
