Overview

CareerMakers Recruitment are currently looking for Customer Service Advisors in Huyton, L35. Our well known client are looking build their friendly Customer service team due to expansion.

Responsibilities

• Answering Calls, Emails and Live chats
• Work within a team to increase productivity
• Follow orders from Supervisors as well as using your own initiative
• Act as the link between CS and Operations, handling CEO/CS queries
• Work with Ops to locate and resolve parcels quickly
• Provide daily depot status updates - including a Sit Rep for CSS to share with Merchants and consumers
• Support Ops communications on flagged issues (APM, Store, 2Door locations)
• Undertake other item resolution tasks as required by the Depot Manager

Shift pattern and hours

Shift Pattern available - Sunday - Thursday, Tuesday - Saturday

Hours - 10am - 6:30pm
