A leading distribution company in the UK is looking for experienced Customer Service Agents. You will be the first point of contact for external customers, handling shipping requests via calls, emails, and social media. The role requires a commitment to in-office training and offers a flexible work schedule of 30-40 hours a week, with 2 weeks remote work every month.
A Great Opportunity working for a market leader within distribution. We are looking for experienced Customer Service Agents to become integral members of the Frontline Customer Service Team. The client is seeking Customer Service Advisors to be the first point of contact for external customers, handling shipping requests and providing information and advice on transiting goods worldwide via Phone, Email, Twitter, Facebook, Web-Chat, etc.
Requirement to work from the Office 2 weeks out of 4, working from home for the other 2 weeks. Operational Hours 07:00 - 19:00 Monday to Friday - 8hr shift within these times on a 4 weekly rotational basis. Flexibility between 30-40 hours per week. Will have to commit to 2 weeks full-time training in Office.
This role is subject to 5 Year Compliance and Clean DBS; it is imperative that each applicant provides support to the process.
