Working Hours and Pay

MONDAY - FRIDAY working 37.5 hours at £12.30 per hour

Key Roles

As part of our Receptionist/Customer Service Team, your primary responsibilities will be to work as part of a reliable team to provide support and advice to our customers by phone and email. Responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting customers via email and telephone.
  • Dealing with queries efficiently and appropriately
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Gaining knowledge of our customer\'s needs.
  • Processing orders.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve and do things differently
  • Reporting any customer concerns and identifying any trends in calls to the Customer Services Manager.
  • Gaining knowledge of the company\'s products.
  • Feeding back any customer information considered relevant to the Customer Services Manager.
  • Ensure data from calls received is entered into the CRM system.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have,

  • Excellent literacy skills
  • 2 years Customer Service Experience
  • Worked within a vibrant customer service environment
  • Effective customer service skills
  • High quality telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail/high level of accuracy
