A leading accident repair group in Doncaster is seeking a Customer Journey Specialist for its new site. The role involves vehicle logistics, customer liaison, and administrative tasks to ensure high standards of service. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a passion for customer care. The position offers a salary of £30,000 plus bonuses and various employee benefits.

Customer Journey Specialist
Salary: £30,000 per annum with an increase on completion of 6 month probation.
Bonus: up to £4,200 per annum
Hours: 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday & 1 in 2 Saturdays depending on business needs.
Our Doncaster site will be opening on the 17th of November 2025.

We are looking for a Customer Journey Specialist to join our BRAND-NEW Accident Repair Centre in Doncaster. This will be our 38nd site! The position is a high-profile position within the business and your general job functions include controlling all elements of the site’s administration. The post holder will ensure all customer vehicles are collected and delivered in an efficient, timely and professional manner. Providing an exceptional standard of customer service at all times.
