Peopleforce Recruitment are supporting one of their long-standing partners in sourcing a customer service advisor for a 3 month contract. This business provides essential toxicology testing services that help protect communities and support better health outcomes. As a Customer Services Advisor, you’ll be a key point of contact for our customers, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally, accurately, and with care.

What You’ll Do
  • Support our 24 / 7 emergency call-out and Chemist on Call service by participating in a shared on-call rota.
  • Respond to customer enquiries across phone, email, and other channels.
  • Handle day-to-day admin tasks related to our services.
  • Process orders, track deliveries, and manage returns.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.
  • Keep up to date with our services, policies, and quality standards.
  • Follow all regulatory and internal compliance guidelines.
  • Carry out any other tasks needed to support the wider team.
