Job description
  • Position: Customer Sales Executive
  • Salary: £29,000 – £29,000 (dependent on experience + OTE £29,000 – £33,000)
  • Location: Hove
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm (plus one evening shift per week and one Saturday per month)

Overview

We are recruiting for a Customer Sales Executive to a dynamic team in Hove. This role sits within the Customer Service and Sales department, where you’ll play a key role in driving business growth. You’ll support Field Specialists by scheduling appointments, following up on quotes, and helping to increase sales.

Responsibilities
  • Converting quotes into confirmed sales
  • Communicating with customers via telephone, email, social media, and online chat
  • Responding to customer queries and requests
  • Scheduling and managing customer appointments
Requirements
  • Proven ability to convert quotes into sales
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Experience in a B2B or B2C sales environment
  • Previous experience in administration or a call centre setting

This is a full-time, permanent office-based role in Hove. You’ll work Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, with one evening shift per week and one Saturday shift per month.

Salary: £25,000 – £29,000 DOE, with an OTE of £29,000 – £33,000.
