Location: Oak Tree and Water Meadows Leisure Centre

Working Hours/Pattern: 30 hours per week - Week 1: Mon, Tues 11am – 7pm, Wed, Thurs, Fri 1pm – 6pm; Week 2: Mon, Tues 11am – 7pm, Wed 1pm – 6pm, Sat, Sun 9am – 2pm

Salary: Up to £19,099 per annum + Commission + Excellent Benefits

We are looking to recruit a Customer Sales Advisor to grow the Serco leisure gym membership and swim lesson programme. The role is based mainly at Oak Tree and Water Meadows Leisure Centres, with occasional coverage of local sites and support for site performance.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure daily and weekly key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved – calls, appointments, lead generation and sales.
  • Create and deliver outreach plans to increase lead generation for the centres.
  • Produce engaging social media posts that showcase growth opportunities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive high conversion into sales.
  • Assist other staff members when required.
About You
  • Experience dealing face‑to‑face and over the phone with customers in a busy environment, with a sales background.
  • Good communication, customer care skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Capability to handle cash, maintain customer records, and use IT systems confidently.
  • Proactive, innovative, self‑motivated and target‑driven.
  • Desirable to hold a valid driving licence for site travel.
