Job description

Zest4Talent are recruiting an Customer Operations Manager for an established and growing company we have a long-standing relationship with. This is an exciting opportunity for a growing business with an impressive track history with a 5-yr growth plan already in inception. A competitive salary of c£40k neg is on offer. Due to the nature of their industry (Adventure Sport) they are looking for working days of Wednesday – Sunday with a Mon, Tue weekend ideally.

The successful candidate for the Customer Operations Manager will have the following attributes and experience :

  • An organisational mindset with a positive manner and open personality
  • Have team leadership skills with the ability to motivate
  • Have a solution resolution approach
  • Good attention to detail as with the ability to multitask
  • A passion for adventure sport

The Site Operations Manage role will include
  • Reporting to the Head of Operations you will oversee all operational activity at your site
  • Ensure operational days meet set KPI’s and metrics with the customer journey being paramount
  • Manage a 12-month rota and ensure any staff gaps or recruitment needs are reported
  • Ensure the site is fully compliant to regulations
  • Budgeting and planning for site improvement and ensure maintenance is up to date
  • Conduct staff reviews and record keep
  • Oversee the Customer Experience team including all onsite apprentices
  • Support the recruitment process within the Customer Experience team as well as the annual recruitment of new apprentices
