Job Title: Customer Advisor

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 - 4.30 pm

Location: Bishop Stortford, must be able to drive

Hybrid: 1-day WFH once fully trained

Contract: Temporary, on going

Hourly rate: £13.46

The successful candidate must have previous customer service experience and admin, be resilient and have excellent. As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries playing a crucial role in delivering the exceptional service.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Handle and resolve service-related queries across all channels, ensuring responses are timely, professional, and helpful.
  • Accurately assess incoming enquiries and direct them to the right team, enabling swift, effective resolutions.
  • Keep clients informed throughout the process, offering clear, proactive updates until their issue is resolved.
  • Address concerns with empathy and professionalism-de-escalating issues and ensuring every customer feels valued.
  • Keep customer data accurate and up to date in Business Central to support seamless future interactions.
  • Contribute to team meetings, share insights, and help shape process improvements that elevate our service delivery.
