Our Customer Delivery Driver rate of pay starts from £13.35 an hour; this increases to £14.56 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

It's our policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you'd like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too and would still love to hear from you.

The period of availability shown in the table reflects the times we would like you to be available to work. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times and you will receive 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. We are happy to consider flexibility if your available times closely match but do not exactly align with the advertised times.

You will be responsible for

Delivering your part of our customer shopping trip by:

• Ensuring the van and trays used are clean and tidy
• Leaving the back yard clean and free of rubbish; picking up litter when seen
• Washing trays as part of the tray wash process
• Loading the van as required and checking the van is roadworthy
• Communicating with customers about changes to orders, substitutions, and offering refunds if unhappy
• Taking care of products/deliveries as if they were your own
• Explaining substitutions to customers and ensuring no extra charge
• Delivering within the customer time slot
• Calling the customer before arriving if early
• Calling the store/centre if running 30 minutes or more late

You will need

• Share ideas with management to improve the store for customers
