Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for all new customer enquiries received over the phone.
  • Serve customers with care, following our H.E.A.R.T framework.
  • Convert enquiries into orders at the first point of contact.
  • Assist the team with brochure fulfilment tasks.
You will need:
  • To be proactive and enthusiastic with a passion for sales and offering high quality customer service to customers.
  • A clear telephone voice and good telephone manner are essential.
  • Many of our customers are older people, so you will need to be an excellent communicator, with good customer service skills.
  • o have attention to details, patience, accuracy, ability to meet sales goals and data entry skills are required.

Hours of work across 5 days to include every other weekend and Bank Holidays.
