Customer Care Operations Manager Perth (PH1) | Leading 5 Housebuilder


Im looking to speak with an experienced Customer Care Operations Manager to join a major 5 housebuilder in the Perth / Tayside area.


This is a key role within the business, overseeing Customer Care Maintenance Operatives and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction across live developments. Youll play a central part in delivering first-class service, resolving escalations, managing technical defects and supporting NHBC / Premier / LABC claims.

  • Managing & developing the customer care team

  • Diagnosing complex defects and overseeing remedial strategies

  • Working closely with site teams, contractors & other departments
