As a Customer Care Executive, you'll be at the heart of delivering exceptional service to our Pharmacies, Department Stores, and Medi-Spa customers. Your mission? To ensure their needs are met seamlessly from order to delivery. You'll be the go-to person for operational queries, representing the division with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Liaison: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external customers, acting as the first point of contact for operational queries.
  • Problem-Solving: Dive into root causes of issues, propose solutions, and improve processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Use tools like SAP and Microsoft Office to manage orders, track deliveries, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Customer Experience: Support our customer satisfaction survey analysis and contribute to action plans that elevate the LDB customer journey.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with various departments to deliver results and drive long-term improvements.
