Monday to Friday 8:55am to 5:30pm (8hrs per day, 40 hours per week)

This is a full-time office-based position. Applicants must live within 1 hour commute of Barton-upon-Humber.
As a Customer Care Advisor, you will ensure customers receive highquality service and handle any questions or issues they may have. You will provide customers with a fantastic customer service experience, ensure their accounts are accurate and up to date, and handle any complaints that may come your way.
This position is purely a customer service role with no sales element.
