A leading customer service provider in Llandudno seeks a Customer Support Agent to handle enquiries via phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities include making outbound calls and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate should have prior customer service experience, strong IT skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
