A dynamic further education college in Wormley is seeking a Curriculum Coordinator for Construction/Motor Vehicle. You will support teaching and learning by enhancing student outcomes and managing curriculum quality. The ideal candidate holds a Level 4 teaching qualification and demonstrates strong leadership skills. This role entails 18 hours per week, including teaching and supporting students holistically. Salary - £35,860 - £43,200 per annum, plus up to £2,000 market supplement, dependent on qualifications and experience
Holiday- 42 days plus bank holidays.
Location - Broxbourne Campus - Monday to Friday.

We are looking to recruit a Curriculum Coordinator for Construction/ Motor Vehicle at Hertford Regional College to help deliver an outstanding learner experience and be inspirational to students at our state-of-the-art facilities in the Broxbourne campus. The role includes working 18 hours per week as a Lecturer in the Construction/ Motor Vehicle area, within which you are required to teach a maximum of 12 hours per week. This can be in classroom-based health and safety, tutorial delivery, skills development workshops and generic pastoral support sessions. We are looking for talented people who work well with students and can support them holistically. Applicants do not need to be qualified in construction and motor vehicle subject areas, however experience of delivering health and safety in a classroom setting is desirable.
