Overview

Driver Care Assistant – Location: Croydon & Surrounding Area. Salary: £12.65. Hours: 20+ (Flexible).

Responsibilities

• Meet the support requirements of our customers in a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence.
• Travel to the customer’s home and assist with daily tasks as agreed between the customer and Caremark.
• Provide support comparable to what would reasonably be given by a member of the person’s family, e.g., help with bathing and dressing or domestic tasks.
• Ensure Health & Safety regulations and customer confidentiality are maintained at all times.
• Assist customers with daily living tasks, which may include personal care, meal preparation, social and leisure activities, assistance with medication and companionship.
• Strive to provide the highest quality of care and maintain good communication with Field care supervisors, Line managers and office staff.

Essential Requirements

• Valid/full driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Good level of spoken and written English.
