About the Role

We’re looking for a CRM Manager who will own the planning, execution and optimisation of customer campaigns across email and SMS. You’ll be responsible for managing the campaign calendar, briefing and editing sends, and maintaining brand consistency across every campaign.

Additionally, you will support the optimisation of automated journeys and deliver regular reporting to identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
  • Own the end-to-end setup, deployment, and QA of weekly email and SMS campaigns
  • Develop and maintain email template designs, ensuring all communications are visually consistent and on-brand
  • Build segmented customer lists based on behavioural, demographic, and transactional data
  • Partner with brand marketing and merchandising teams to craft relevant messaging and product storytelling
Customer Segmentation & Personalisation
  • Develop and refine audience targeting strategies to increase repeat purchase rate and conversion
  • Maintain and improve automated lifecycle programmes (e.g. welcome, post-purchase, winback, loyalty)
Reporting & Optimisation
  • Produce weekly reports on key campaign metrics to track performance and identify trends
  • Lead a structured A/B testing roadmap across creative, messaging, segmentation and send strategy to drive continuous optimisation
  • Analyse customer and campaign data to uncover insights that support improvements in CLTV and repeat purchase behaviour
About You
  • 2–3 years’ experience in CRM, retention marketing, or digital marketing
  • Hands‑on experience in campaign management and email content creation
  • Proficiency in ESPs such as Klaviyo, Ometria, Braze or similar
  • Analytical mindset with ability to turn performance data into actionable insight
  • Passion for fashion, brand storytelling, and improving the customer experience
Nice to Have
  • Strong eye for email design, able to create visually compelling and on‑brand communications
  • Familiarity with Shopify/Shopify Plus
  • Knowledge of GDPR and email compliance best practice
