E-Commerce CRM Manager (12-Month FTC)

Location

Hybrid / Northamptonshire, 2 days a week.

Salary

£65,000 - £70,000

Working for a well-known sporting brand, you will be joining on a 12-month maternity cover.

As their E-Commerce CRM & Campaign Manager, you will take ownership of all CRM and campaign activity across our growing online store. You’ll be the driving force behind engaging, data‑led campaigns that turn customers into loyal fans.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Manage and optimise CRM campaigns (email, SMS and more) through platforms such as Klaviyo.
  • Segment audiences and create personalised, high‑performing communications that convert.
  • Own the e‑commerce marketing calendar and lead campaign planning across product, brand, and trading teams.
  • Collaborate with content, social and creative teams to deliver impactful campaigns that drive engagement and revenue.
  • Analyse results, report performance, and use insights to shape future strategy.
  • Stay ahead of the curve – spotting new trends in retention, loyalty, and community engagement.
