Job description
ABOUT THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and proactive CRM Executive to join the Bamford Collection.

You will support Daylesford Organic with the execution of the email marketing calendar and associated CRM initiatives.

You’ll work closely with various teams to continuously improve our email marketing communications, implement personalisation and segmentation, enhance and utilise our customer data as well as contributing to the development of new marketing channels such as WhatsApp.

This role can be based at either the Daylesford Farm in the Cotswolds or at our London office in South Kensington.

40 hours per week. Salary 30,000 - 35,000 per annum.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with the Digital and Marketing teams to help plan and execute email campaigns that achieve weekly channel targets and align with the marketing and trade calendar, managing the briefing, delivery, and deployment of broadcast and automated email campaigns.
  • Assist in the execution of compelling and engaging CRM campaigns that align with our marketing plan and respond to trading demands and topical moments.
  • Support the Digital, Ecommerce, Marketing and Retail teams in developing a unified cross-channel CRM strategy.
  • Assist in the implementation of CRM strategies; collaborate with internal teams and external partners to help create data-driven, personalised 1 : 1 journeys, communications, and campaigns to support our acquisition and retention goals.
  • Continuously optimise email sends by rolling out an A / B testing plan to gain data driven insights into email performance.
  • Monitor competitor activity and developments, providing feedback to the business.
  • Contribute to our CRM transformation by supporting the Data, Product / Tech teams, and technical partners in enhancing our customer data, email, and personalisation platforms.
  • Work with IT and Business Transformation teams to help ensure the right infrastructure is in place to deliver email communications.
  • Support the development of new marketing channels such as WhatsApp; utilise data, insight, research, and segmentation to help increase campaign reach, maximise prospects / leads, ROl, and retention.
  • Stay informed about regulatory and privacy changes and assist in maintaining close relationships with the Bamford Collection's privacy specialists.
  • Stay updated on new platform features, industry news, and email marketing best practices regarding testing, design, personalisation, and deliverability.
SKILLS YOU WILL BRING
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience using an ESP.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience using Google Analytics.
  • Customer-focused, with a keen interest in retail, particularly within the luxury sector.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a strong ability to support strategic initiatives and problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to business / trade changes.
  • Proactive and able to work independently while supporting team efforts.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
