An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Critical Care Outreach Practitioner in the friendly Critical Care Outreach team at the QEQM Hospital; they will be responsible for overseeing the high standards of care required for looking after the deteriorating/critically ill patients.
Main duties can be located in the job description.
The post holder will work at an enhanced level of practice utilising highly developed postgraduate experience, knowledge and skills in Critical Care specialty. They will manage discrete aspects of a patient's care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, within their current level of practice and patient group, aligned to the four pillars of practice and aligned to Trust policy, 'Enhanced, Advanced and Consultant Level Practice- Nurses, Midwives and Allied Health Professionals (AHPs)'.
The post holder will contribute to nursing/midwifery/AHP practice to improve the quality of care to patients.
