A community support organization in Stevenage is seeking a Criminal Justice recovery worker to support individuals in their recovery from drug and alcohol issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of substance misuse and excellent communication skills. An exciting opportunity has arisen within Spectrum for you to join a dynamic team committed to supporting people with drug and / or alcohol issues on their recovery journey. As a Criminal Justice recovery worker with Change Grow Live you’ll work with people who use our services helping them get to where they want to be.
The role of the Criminal Justice recovery worker will mainly support people coming through our prison link service as well as other areas of criminal justice involvement including courts and probation.
This role includes one-to-one key work delivering our group work programmes case management and interacting with partner agencies particularly prisons police probation and to ensure people accessing Spectrum can improve and change their lives.
Location: Stevenage
Full‑Time Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary Range: 27,861.26 – 32,002.35 per annum
Allowances: Outer London Fringe of 694.25 per annum
Contract: Fixed term until 31p>
